It’s been a busy last few weeks for the Pidola Team, especially as we’ve wrapped up our latest campaign on May 31st. Here are some of the key highlights:

  • Remote Solar Learning Kits – we raised almost $6,500 since launching back in March! That means 100 families will be receiving a remote solar learning kit, and have access to classes and educational materials in the coming months. A huge THANK YOU for all that donated and supported Pidola on these efforts… a great win for us here in 2021!
  • Partnerships – as part of the plan to help Pidola grow, we’re always looking for new and engaging partnerships in the space. These partnerships can not only help us with operations in Bolivia, but can potentially help us build our network and find new fundraising opportunities. The work continues to push for new projects anywhere in Latin America (Bolivia, Mexico, Dominican Republic).
  • Grant Opportunities – there are a few grant opportunities that we’ll be submitting an application for in the coming weeks: Pulsante, Wallace Global, Suez North American. If you know of any grants or potential sponsorships that Pidola may be a good fit, please let us know.
